  1. Business Development & Requirement Gathering
  • Collaborate with CPL business and product heads to identify market opportunities and define new business requirements to increase market share and group profitability.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic initiatives related to credit card products and card processing systems.
  1. Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Review and enhance existing systems, processes, and workflows to improve productivity, reduce cost of operations, and mitigate security risks.
  • Recommend and implement process changes and system enhancements that support operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  1. Customer Experience Focus
  • Ensure new and existing system features are intuitive, customer-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  1. Subject Matter Expertise
  • Share knowledge and provide subject matter expertise on credit card operations, products, and systems (e.g., authorization, settlement, billing, loyalty).
  • Serve as a point of contact for system capabilities, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the cards business.
  1. Project Management
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, from initiation through planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage timelines, resources, stakeholders, and project risks to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, to meet project milestones.
  1. Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment across business and technical teams
