Job Description
- Reports directly to Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager.
- Compile and review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical and electrical components of the project.
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
- Attend to progress meeting with Clients and Consultants.
- Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
- Planning and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Liaise with the project team /clients to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
- Producing detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
- Using software programs for simulating architectural designs
- Verifying and validating onsite work against plans and designs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Master in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect
- At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad software/BIM/Revit or other design software.
- Minimum three years of post-graduate experience in the related field.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
