Job Description

  • Reports directly to Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager.
  • Compile and review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical and electrical components of the project.
  • Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
  • Attend to progress meeting with Clients and Consultants.
  • Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
  • Planning and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Liaise with the project team /clients to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
  • Producing detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
  • Using software programs for simulating architectural designs
  • Verifying and validating onsite work against plans and designs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Master in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect
  • At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad software/BIM/Revit or other design software.
  • Minimum three years of post-graduate experience in the related field.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  • Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
