Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to management, including board-related matters, meeting coordination, presentation reports and take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage management’s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and overseas business trips.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to up-to-date documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of administrative and secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to event management and management-level support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.
