Job Description -

  • Assist in handling the administrative aspects of HR functions
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and day-to-day administrative procedures in recruitment & selection, performance management, staff feedback and year-end appraisal administrative processes
  • Apply Foreign Worker work permit / S Pass applications and maintain proper filing of all HR records
  • Keep track of staff annual leave, medical leave and other types of leave and updating leave records
  • Provide continuous feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
  • Organise and involve in staff recreation programs.
  • Process training related applications and records
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives as directed by the management.

Job Requirements -

  • Diploma or other relevant certificate in Human Resource Management and/or Business Studies desirable
  • With at least 1 year experience in HR
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage employee expectations in HR matters
  • Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to remain organized and keep cool under pressure
  • Independent, assertive and able to work and drive changes in a multicultural and dynamic environment
