Job Description -
- Assist in handling the administrative aspects of HR functions
- Assist in implementing HR policies and day-to-day administrative procedures in recruitment & selection, performance management, staff feedback and year-end appraisal administrative processes
- Apply Foreign Worker work permit / S Pass applications and maintain proper filing of all HR records
- Keep track of staff annual leave, medical leave and other types of leave and updating leave records
- Provide continuous feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
- Organise and involve in staff recreation programs.
- Process training related applications and records
- Engage in HR projects and initiatives as directed by the management.
- Diploma or other relevant certificate in Human Resource Management and/or Business Studies desirable
- With at least 1 year experience in HR
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage employee expectations in HR matters
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Ability to remain organized and keep cool under pressure
- Independent, assertive and able to work and drive changes in a multicultural and dynamic environment
