Responsibilities

As the Marketing Director, Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s marketing and communications strategy across the region.   • Marketing & Brand Strategy – Craft and implement an integrated marketing approach that aligns with global brand positioning while catering to local market dynamics.
  • Media & Communications – Develop and manage media plans across print, digital, and social channels, ensuring strategic partnerships and optimal campaign execution.
  • Public Relations & Influencer Engagement – Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance the brand’s presence
  • Event & Retail Marketing – Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile brand activations, VIP events, and experiential marketing initiatives to engage key consumers.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing – Lead digital content creation and audience engagement strategies, ensuring seamless brand storytelling across online platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams across merchandising, retail, and global HQ to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget & Performance Management – Manage regional marketing budgets and analyze campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.

Requirements

You are degree-qualified with at least 15 years of marketing experience in Asia, preferably within luxury, fashion, watches, jewelry, or premium consumer brands. You have a proven track record in brand building, digital innovation, and consumer engagement, along with strong leadership skills to manage high-performing teams.
