
IT Change Manager

• Effective Change Management: The contract Change Manager will help design and implement change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of Salesforce.
• Quick Adaptation to Government Norms: Experience in public sector projects equips the manager to understand and operate within government protocols.
The ideal candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of Change Management experience.
• Has proven experience in CM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7s etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, ADKAR).
• Possesses strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrates adaptability and a growth mindset, particularly in a fast-paced, iterative work environment

• Change Strategy Execution: Develop and execute change management strategies that align with project goals and public sector guidelines.
• Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing support to promote user adoption and mitigate resistance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with government officials and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear communication.
• Regulatory Documentation: Maintain change logs, training materials, and ensure compliance with public sector requirements.
