The Treasury Group (TG) at our Singapore branch is responsible for managing the branch's investment portfolio, overseeing Asset and Liability Management (ALM), and ensuring effective Liquidity Management to support core business activities. Join the team providing key support in various front office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record transactions related to money markets, investment products, and other financial instruments in our internal systems, while offering support to the investment team.
  • Ensure transaction details are verified and confirmed with the relevant counterparties.
  • Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence on counterparties to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including liaising with counterparties to gather the necessary KYC documentation.
  • Compile, analyze, and prepare various reports, such as position, market, and financial reports, ensuring they are thorough and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to address operational issues, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency of Treasury operations.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in the banking/financial institution sector, specifically in ALM/Liquidity management
  • Knowledge of financial markets, particularly in money market products (e.g., Interbank cash trades, Repo and FX)
  • Independent and a team player with good interpersonal skill are required to engage diverse team of stakeholders across different group in the branch, and unit or division in Head Office
