Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with ASRS, AMHS/AGV systems for smart factory and semiconductor applications.
  • Maintain automation control systems and perform regular system checks.
  • Monitor systems, review logs, and plan updates to control systems and software.
  • Troubleshoot, execute improvement projects, and provide technical support.
  • Offer 24/7 on-call support and handle emergencies when required.
  • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance and technical activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
  • Ability to work in shifts and travel to customer sites when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
