Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the incumbent serves as the main point of contact for insurers and sales consultants, managing the complete lifecycle of insurance applications from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales consultants’ meetings.
  • Provide support for new business sales and after-sales policy services for sales consultants.
  • Follow internal procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and properly filed in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate pre-case submission tasks, including medical bookings, preparing internal KYC documents, and completing insurer application forms.
  • Manage new business case submissions to various insurers, collaborating closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth policy inception.
  • Oversee the bank’s monthly reporting.
  • Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Perform any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of case management experience with High Net-Worth (HNW) clients, ideally within the insurance broking or insurance industry.
  • Ability to adapt to various software tools for generating insurer illustrations.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting requirements from different insurers to ensure efficient case submissions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI licenses.
