- Provide visitors/tenants with directional guides & information about facilities, services, surrounding amenities & tenants' premises.
- Assist Community Relations Team on retail promotional activities.
- Escort VIP visitors and assist visitors with special needs requirements.
- Handle queries, feedback & complaints from visitors/tenants.
- Monitor concierge team’s performance and propose improvement plans.

Requirements:
- GCE 'O' levels, Diploma or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of customer service experience in retail/hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service, meticulous & able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to focus attention to customer needs, remain calm & courteous at all times.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
