Work Location: Within walking distance of Upper Thomson MRT

Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

Background:

Our client is an organisation that contributes to the successful rollout of large-scale national initiatives. You’ll be part of a team responsible for the coordination and logistics support behind key public-facing systems, working in a structured yet fast-paced environment that values accountability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising inventory management activities across partner locations, including regular stock checks and reconciliation
  • Processing and monitoring stock requisitions and returns, ensuring compliance and operational readiness
  • Managing the allocation and movement of operational equipment and materials across multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting data validation and analytics tasks to support operational tracking and reporting
  • Overseeing the evaluation of vendor or contractor proficiency and service standards
  • Supporting billing and payment-related matters
  • Acting as a point of contact for cross-team operational queries
  • Ensuring team deliverables align with performance metrics and taking on ad-hoc assignments from reporting officers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with some supervisory exposure
  • Experience using ERP systems for logistics, stock tracking, or procurement workflows is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to lead by example and work independently in a structured environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence
