Project manager
Job Responsibilities
· Directing technical teams from proposal stages through to project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards
· Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Ensure seamless integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
· Defining project scopes, developing detailed schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery
· Managing project budgets, including profit and loss commitments, cost control, cash flow, and implementing recovery strategies when necessary
· Identifying potential risks, establishing risk registers, implementing mitigation plans, and regularly monitoring and managing these risks
· Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by implementing and maintaining safe work systems and promoting an Incident and Injury-Free Workplace
· Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their representatives, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
· Leading project teams, coordinating between various disciplines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
· Drive a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project staff.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
· Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
· Experience in managing large-scale, high-tech industrial projects
· Upholds honesty, transparency, and fairness in all decisions
· Ensures strict adherence to company policies, legal frameworks, and safety regulations
· Takes full ownership of project outcomes and maintains professionalism under pressure
· Builds trust with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
