As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be tasked to:

Job Summary

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by room attendants to ensure quality standards in line with The Westin Brand Standards
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assign rooms to housekeepers for their daily shifts
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and training
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.
• Be well versed in housekeeping-related local standard operating procedures
• Be aligned with The Westin brand standards room cleanliness requirements
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
• Provide information on hotel facilities to guests
• Provide guidance and training to housekeepers
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Housekeeping Leaders
