Job Description

The Marketing Executive develop, plan and execute marketing, advertising and promotion strategies for Benjamin Barker, a menswear retail brand.

  • Develop the marketing calendar for all campaigns, promotions and advertising
  • Develop, plan and execute tactical promotions
  • Develop, plan and execute events that promote store visits
  • Develop, plan and manage social media accounts
  • Responsive to customer needs by taking care of the online community on social media and Google accounts
  • Work closely with retail and merchandising team to understand the service, products and write effective copy and ensure that promotions are in sync and effective
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling visuals that supports marketing objectives
  • Work with strategic partners and malls to craft partner promotions, leverage on database and media shout outs
  • Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Monthly performance reports to determine effectiveness of campaigns and recommendations on future steps

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good project management skills
  • Vibrant, proactive and passionate about making a mark in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Sound understanding on the principles of marketing in the following areas:-
