  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate closely with the business team to draft, negotiate, and review sales contracts related to upstream lithium resource packages.
  • Provide legal advice and support for amendments to long-term agreements in line with evolving business needs.
  • Review and assess contract orders submitted by the import/export department, offering legal insight on additional or modified terms and ensuring timely internal OA approval.
  • Manage and resolve disputes related to upstream lithium resource transactions, such as discrepancies in resource grading or demurrage fees.
  • Research and compile legal information relevant to international agreements with both upstream and downstream stakeholders.
  • Participate in business and production planning meetings, offering a forward-looking legal perspective for cross-border operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience, ideally in a commercial or trade-related environment.
  • Strong expertise in reviewing contracts, particularly purchase and sales agreements.
  • Familiar with cross-border trade regulations and industry best practices.
