Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic including, but not limited to the following:

• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing and etc.
• Handle administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave and etc.
• Assist doctors in consultation, examination and dispensing medication to patients
• Handle administration and documentation of lab test, radiology and scanning services from various vendors;
• Any other duties assigned by Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekday night, staggered shifts, public holidays and weekends
• Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
• Computer-literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys meeting people with a passion for quality customer service
• Team player
