How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client is one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups and focuses on real estate investment management and real estate development. They are on the look out for a Property Executive (Retail/Commercial) to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

about the job

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations for all company’s properties (Industrial, Residential, Commercial)
  • Update and maintain property management systems or databases
  • Address tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Handle handover and takeovers
  • Assist in preparing reports on property performance and financial summaries

skills and experience required

  • Degree / Diploma in Estate/Property/Building/Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering
  • Hands-On M&E work (change of light bulb etc)
  • Manage fit-out / reinstatement / A&A works
  • Able to work 5.5days (Alternate Saturday)
  • Able to interpret electrical diagrams
  • Comfortable working around pasir panjang area
