  • Develop ACMV system designs, layouts, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure HVAC designs comply with local codes, energy standards, and project specs.
  • Coordinate closely with architecture, structural, M&E consultants for seamless integration.
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements from contractors.
  • Attend site inspections and technical meetings.
  • Supervise on-site works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or engineering sectors.
  • Solid understanding of ducting, piping, and ACMV systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for design and drafting.
