Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Role in MOE Primary

School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE

Primary School (nearest MRT- Dakota & Aljunied ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general enquiries,

emails/mails and faxes

• Man the reception counter, man the intercom phone system and provide

professional customer service.

• Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and provide coordination

support as required by the School.

• Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials

• Attend to unwell/ injured students

• Any other duties as assigned by the School.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

minimally complete Secondary School Education.

Skills and experience:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good team player with initiative

• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026

Working Hours:

• 42-hour work week with 30 mins lunch break daily

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
