Job Description :
This role involves managing daily inventory forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and overseeing order processing and stock transfers from third-party warehouses and internal departments. Responsibilities include reconciling month-end inventory balances, developing and implementing inventory control procedures, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. The role also requires coordinating with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely product availability, conducting periodic cycle counts, and analyzing inventory data to generate reports for decision-making. Additionally, it involves proposing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and providing leadership and training to team members.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role, preferably in the foodservice/ food manufacturing industry
