Job Description:

This is a contract role for a M&E Coordinator located in Kallang. Our client offers various construction and related services. These include building repair and maintenance, solar PV system integration, and steel construction services. The role involves coordinating all M&E works to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution aligned with project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising system installations, conducting site inspections, managing documentation, overseeing costs, and ensuring safety compliance. The position also requires liaising with stakeholders, supporting procurement, resolving on-site issues, and handling post-project follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
  • Min3years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in interior fit-out/ construction.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Familiar with construction drawings, project specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
  • Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) for Construction Sites is a plus.
