  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Kallang. Our client offers various construction and related services. These include building repair and maintenance, solar PV system integration, and steel construction services.The role involves preparing cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities, managing tender submissions, and sourcing materials while negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. It includes evaluating cost comparisons, preparing material samples, attending site meetings, handling monthly progress claims, managing variation works, and performing other quantity surveying duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study
  • Preferably with 3 years relevant working experience in Interior Design firm/Interior fit-out
  • Basic AutoCAD skills
  • Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be added advantage
