Job Duties:
- Assist in setting up of the office in Singapore
- Handle full spectrum of office administration, facilities, insurance, and vendor management.
- Ensure mandatory filings are timely e.g. ACRA filing, corporate tax filing, etc
- Oversee and manage office relocations, renovations, or upgrades
- Manage office supplies including stationery and IT equipment (repair and maintenance)
- Simple accounting duties such as coordinating all monthly company expenditure and payments, general bookkeeping
- Liaising with 3rd party payroll vendor to manage payroll, CPF and IR8A, and to assist with Employment pass and renewals
- Keeping records of leaves and upkeep staff handbook and business continuity plan
- Overseeing the properties, chauffeur of the family and running of personal errands for the family
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
- Able to work independently and as a team player when needed
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
