- Proven experience in interpreting and guiding employment matters in alignment with local employment laws and regulations across multiple locations across APAC.
- Good Analytical skills, Data-and metrics-driven.
- Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment.
- Passion for operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements.
- Self-motivated with ability to drive solutions autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is required due to geographical remit
