  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Head Bartender/Mixologist is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets. The Head Bartender/Mixologist is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the selected beverage outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Your Profile

  • Ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • A can-do attitude.
