Safety Control & Crew Management
The Safety Control & Crew Management Officer is responsible for implementing the company's EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies, managing the operational team, and ensuring that offshore operations comply with industry safety standards. This position is also responsible for supervising the work discipline and behavior of offshore personnel and formulating and implementing shift rotation plans.
**Core Responsibilities:**
1. Implement EHS policies to ensure that offshore operations meet industry safety standards.
2. Organize regular vessel safety inspections to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
3. Supervise safety procedures during major fault repair operations.
4. Conduct regular safety training to enhance the safety awareness and operational skills of the team.
**Personnel Management:**
1. Develop and implement shift rotation plans for operational crew members.
2. Monitor the work discipline and behavior of operational personnel to maintain team order.
3. Assist in handling personnel disciplinary issues to ensure efficient team operations.
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education Background:** Relevant majors in offshore safety management or crew management.
- **Work Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in crew management. Experience with shipyard or vessel safety standards is required.
- **Skills:** Familiarity with EHS policies and offshore operation safety standards. Strong team management and communication skills are essential.
- **Personal Qualities:** Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
- **Other Requirements:**
- Age: 28 to 55 years old.
- Language Requirements: Ability to speak some Chinese, even at a basic level.
