Repair & Logistic Management
Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's repair operations, supervising the consumption of consumables, organizing emergency repairs for major faults, and generating monthly data analysis and reports. This position also involves inventory reconciliation, consumables management, ERP system operation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
**Core Responsibilities:**
**Repair Coordination:**
1. Allocate repair resources (personnel, equipment, spare parts, etc.) reasonably according to the company's equipment maintenance procedures and oversee the completion of equipment maintenance.
2. Supervise the repair process for major faults and, if necessary, command on-site operations.
3. Optimize the utilization efficiency of repair resources to ensure efficient completion of repair tasks.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
Aggregate and analyze repair data on a monthly basis, including failure rates, response times, repair costs, and consumption rates.
**Inventory and System Management:**
1. Be responsible for the receipt of goods and inventory reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory data.
2. Operate the ERP system to enter and maintain data related to repairs.
3. Prepare and apply for the monthly budget for consumables procurement.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration:**
Work closely with the procurement and production departments to ensure reasonable consumption and controllable quantities of equipment and spare parts.
**Job Requirements:**
**Education Background:**
Mechanical Equipment Engineering or a related field.
**Work Experience:**
1. At least 3 years of experience in repair or inventory management.
2. Background in equipment maintenance and familiarity with maintenance procedures.
**Skills:**
1. Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
2. Familiarity with ERP system operation and inventory management.
3. Ability to control costs and manage budgets.
4. Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to handle emergencies and manage crisis situations.
**Personal Qualities:**
1. Strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.
2. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
**Other Requirements:**
- Age: 28 to 55 years old.
- Language Requirements: Ability to speak some Chinese, even at a basic level.
