What you will do:
As Mechanical Design Engineer, Acts as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.
How you will do it:
- Liaise with Sale Team to coordinate HVAC equipment selection and ordering.
- Re-Selection of equipment base on customer’s requirement.
- Place order with Factory upon design approval.
- Updating and follow-up customer change order, ensure comments from consultant and clients are follow-up proactively
- Liaising with different stakeholders (Factory, Forwarder, Customer, Sub-Contractors) to ensure smooth deliver of equipment to site.
- Resolving Technical Issue with customer onsite.
- Project Documentation, ensuring receipt of relevant certification, correspondence, documents, drawings, and financial records.
- Revenue & Billing Forecast
- Monitor working practices, managing contractors and reporting lack of compliance to your line manager
- Able to go site to perform site detail measurement.
What We Look For:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant certifications
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment, system and operation.
- Good knowledge of SAP system application and operation.
- Experience in 2D/3D modeling of HVAC equipment, Piping, Ducting & Chiller Plant layout.
- Drafting experience such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous
