Introduction: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle CASS Implementation Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the public sector or BFSI industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle's Cloud Accounting Suite Services and a proven track record of leading financial system implementations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle's Cloud Accounting Suite Services, ensuring alignment with financial requirements and organizational objectives.
- Financial Systems Integration: Design and implement solutions that integrate Oracle's cloud accounting functionalities with existing financial systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project progress and address financial system concerns.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial processes to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on Oracle's cloud accounting functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in financial systems implementation, with significant experience in the public sector or BFSI industries.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Accounting Suite Services and their application within enterprise environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle financial modules or project management are preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulatory audits and interactions with financial regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools related to Oracle's cloud accounting modules.
