Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic & Electrical Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy construction machinery. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with hydraulic systems, electrical circuits (DC), and simple fabrication work. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, independence, and readiness to travel on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy construction equipment and hydraulic systems.
  2. Carry out electrical diagnostics and repairs, with a focus on reading and interpreting DC circuits.
  3. Fabricate and replace worn or damaged machine parts using appropriate tools and materials.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of repair work to minimize equipment downtime.
  5. Execute other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or maintenance supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  2. Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and electrical circuit reading (DC knowledge required).
  3. Ability to speak and write simple English to communicate job-related instructions and reports.
  4. Capable of working independently and carrying out effective troubleshooting on-site.
  5. Must be able to work in Singapore legally.
  6. Willing to travel overseas at short notice for equipment servicing or support.
  7. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
