Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the heavy machinery and construction equipment sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and expanding our customer base within the local construction and infrastructure market.

ITEM / JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for heavy machinery products (e.g., vibratory hammers, piling rigs, excavators, cranes).
  2. Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
  4. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal submission, and closing deals.
  5. Conduct sales presentations, draft proposals, prepare sales agreements, and negotiate contract terms.
  6. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience with a track record of successful sales performance.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Solid understanding of construction equipment applications in piling, foundation, and infrastructure works.
  5. Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
  6. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license. Candidates with own vehicle will have an added advantage.
