About Our Client
Our client is looking for a strategic and hands on leader to oversee end-to-end planning and inventory management.
Job Description
- Lead supply planning and drive inventory strategies across multiple product lines.
- Own demand forecasts, planning and supply alignment to ensure product availability.
- Analyse inventory KPIs (turnover, fill rate, stock levels) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to streamline operations.
- Implement best-in-class planning tools, processes and reporting to scale the growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of planners and create
- Inventory management/control by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
- Strengthening the relationship and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or production planning
- Proven track record of optimizing supply operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing direct reports successfully.
- Excel, ERP and SAP planning software proficiency is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Experience in FMCG/ consumer healthcare industry is a prerequisite.
- Operate effectively with uncertainty, ambiguity and a changing environment with a positive mindset.
