Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in Supervisory role in a F&B industry
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team
  • Skilled in managing workflows, particularly within store and packing operations
  • Effective in handling operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
