Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Management
Process customer orders, generate invoices, and prepare credit/debit notes as required. - Shipping Documentation
Prepare and handle all necessary shipping documents including Letters of Credit, FTA forms, and Certificates of Origin via the Chamber of Commerce. - Logistics Coordination
Arrange shipments by liaising with third-party logistics providers and coordinate the distribution of shipping documents to customers and nominated forwarders for export declarations. - Customer Service & Coordination
Respond to customer inquiries related to deliveries, stock availability from various plants, and provide updates on production lead times. - Customer Complaint Handling
Work closely with QA, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and internal factories to manage and resolve customer complaints, including processing replacement orders and issuing credit notes for valid claims. - Shipment Fulfillment
Monitor and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers. - Order Status Monitoring
Track outstanding orders and provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and any potential delays.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in sales/ manufacturing/logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Experienced in SAP SD Module is a plus.
