Internship Experience

This is a full-time internship opportunity for a candidate to experience investment banking transactions in Asia. The period required for this internship is from 1 July to 31 Dec 2025. The candidate will be working with the team on investment banking transactions across Asia. The person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, preparing financial models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. They will work closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. This will be an excellent opportunity to be exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's student in a renowned and top university.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to details
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to commit to the whole period of 1 July - 31 Dec 2025 or such other longer periods.
