Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Regularly research emerging technologies, tools, and practices in the industry. Implement relevant trends to keep the team’s technical skills and project approaches innovative and competitive.

Adjust Schedules & Troubleshoot: Regularly update work schedules based on changing priorities or challenges. Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues to avoid delays.

Motivate & Support the Team: Provide leadership and motivation to the team, creating an environment that encourages open communication. Ensure team members feel supported and comfortable sharing concerns or asking for help.

Maintain Transparency: Be open and honest with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Regularly update them on project status and involve them in decision-making when necessary, fostering trust and collaboration.

Write Reports & Present to Stakeholders: Document project progress, milestones achieved, and any setbacks in detailed progress reports. Present these reports to key stakeholders, including management and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project direction.

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent professional experience)
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical project coordination and implementation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and other relevant software

Desired technical knowledge (good to have):

· C# & .NET Core: Mastery in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core for backend development.

· JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced skills in modern JavaScript, AJAX, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

· REST APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.

· AWS Cloud Services: Proficiency with core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.

· CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools or other automation platforms.

· WinForms Development: Experience building desktop applications using WinForms, including event handling and data binding.

· Telerik UI Components: Knowledge of integrating and customizing Telerik UI controls like RadGrid and RadChart.
