Look through all the products and streamlined which products are necessary/which should go
Look at company's strategy and direction, work with product teams on the ground and discuss with them. Commands business, have good convincing skills, understanding what internal stakeholder wants
Drive the development of an overall product strategy the company should build. Identifying large problem areas, developing hypotheses, assumptions, and de-risking the biggest risks.
Improve products by sharpening product thinking, influencing teams to co-create go-to-market plans to improve product impact and efficiency
Creating consistent and quality product practices (e.g. common tools, ways-of-working), reviewing funding frameworks and regulations to unblock obstacles while encouraging greater innovation
skills and requirement
Technical knowledge in product management, including discerning realistic technical requirements and setting the right outcome metrics. Experience in enterprise, backend and data products a plus
Hunger to learn, energised by large, ambiguous problem spaces and able to independently break it down into workable chunks
Strong communicator in written, slides or spoken form, with good stakeholder skills
VC, corporate/business strategy, government experience a plus
