Job Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounting:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and tax regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and audit documentation.

2. HR Payroll & Compliance:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, including deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance (CPF etc.).
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and update HR policies as needed.

3. Recruitment Support:

  • Collaborate with HR to draft job descriptions, post vacancies, and screen candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Employment Pass, S Pass, DP, LTVP application, renewal

4. Administrative Support::

  • Manage office administrative tasks: Building Management, maintaining office supplies & Cleanliness, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events (Clients visit, team-building activities, training sessions).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and recruitment practices.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
