How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Daily operational health checks for the IT infrastructure.
  • Firmware update & patch management
  • Creation of change request plan and submit to customer operation manager or supervisor for review and approval.
  • Maintain, track and update physical and logical diagram changes.
  • Manage & track all cabling/ patching records.
  • Preparing weekly ticket tracking list for outstanding & resolved tickets.
  • Prepare and provide monthly equipment status (system events, severity alerts, violations, overall status, etc..) report to customer.
  • Ensure that all correspondence with customers is performed in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and network/security problems to fix any infra related issues and work with principal vendors and customer to provide the resolution within the proposed timelines.
  • Perform L3 escalation to appointed partner and/or principal vendor.
  • Performing RMA for hardware failures and replacement in production environment
  • Setup staging and simulation for customer activities for critical jobs before actual tasks in production environment.
  • Responsible for updating technical documentations for configuration changes.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of support tickets in ServiceNow Platform

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with CCNA certification are preferred.
  • Candidate should have Cisco Switching, Routing, Wireless and Firewalls are preferred and having NAC experience is plus.
  • Candidate must have troubleshooting experience on Cisco switching and wireless.
  • Existing knowledge/certification for network operations including network, wireless, security technologies will be an added advantage.
