We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Candidates with a background in construction logistics or supply chain operations will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage all operations-related administrative tasks in line with company procedures and policies.
  2. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and logistics schedules.
  3. Prepare accurate shipping documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  4. Handle all procurement matters, including sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
  5. Assist in store inventory control and generate regular reconciliation reports.
  6. Maintain proper filing systems and records for audits and traceability.
  7. Support the operations team with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or procurement.
  3. Knowledge in freight and shipping procedures will be an added advantage.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.
  5. Experience in the construction sector is preferred.
  6. Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
