Job Responsibilities (岗位职责)
- Administrative & Data Management (行政与数据管理)
Handle contract archiving, meeting minutes, and report compilation to ensure proper documentation.
Maintain and update the client database in real-time (contract status, client requests, etc.), tracking client progress.
Regularly compile sales data and client status reports to support departmental decision-making. - Cross-Department Coordination (跨部门对接与协调)
Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
Work with the technical team to set up trial accounts and configure access, tracking the resolution progress of technical issues.

Assist in preparing event materials (marketing collateral, equipment setup) and support event execution (registration, feedback collection).
Follow up on post-signing documentation and commission calculations for channel partners, liaising with the finance department for fee disbursement.
Manage event-related expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Client Communication & Channel Management Support (客户沟通与渠道管理支持)
Handle routine client inquiries (emails, calls), providing timely responses and escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor client service progress to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Support channel management, including contract follow-up, commission calculations, and partner needs coordination. - Assist the Sales Director
Support the Sales Director with scheduling, meeting preparation, document organization, and administrative follow-up to improve efficiency.
Prepare various reports, presentations, and external communication materials as required by the Sales Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Follow up on ad hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Director and coordinate resources for timely execution.
Job Requirements (任职资格)
- Education Background (教育背景):
Polytechnic Diploma's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Administration & Management, or related fields preferred. - Work Experience (工作经验):
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, sales assistance, or customer service; experience in SaaS or B2B industries preferred. - Core Skills (核心技能):
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems with basic data analysis skills.
Familiar with channel management support processes (contract follow-up, commission calculations, partner relationship coordination).
Prior experience in customer service, capable of efficiently resolving client inquiries and providing effective support. - Language Proficiency (语言能力):
Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to independently handle cross-language communication and documentation. - Soft Skills (软性要求):
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly efficient in execution.
