
Executive/Assistant Manufacturing Engineer - MNC/SEMICON
Job Scope
- Providing technical support and assistance to the Manufacturing Engineering team
- Participating in the development, implementation and optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Gathering and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of engineering activities
- Assisting with the implementation of quality control measures and compliance with industry standards
- Supporting the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
