Reporting To:

  • Senior Regional Manager – Administrative & Accounting
  • Regional Director, ASEAN

Job Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Maintain accurate financial records for the ASEAN regional office
  • Handle accounts payable functions, with potential to manage full set of accounts over time
  • Maintain accounting records for offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and financial regulations
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage contracts, and support procurement
  • Prepare and submit regular financial and compliance reports

Administration

  • Organize and maintain office records and documentation
  • Assist in budgeting and planning for office operations
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and office supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Handle visitor arrangements and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to full set accounts
