  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Temp Marketing and Outreach assistant Manager !





Temp Marketing and Outreach Assistant Manager

Location: Pioneer

Duration: 1 year contract, Office Hours

Salary: Up to $5,000/Month

Job scope:

Support program managers in the development, planning, and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality applicants

Design and produce visuals for social media, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), and other digital and print marketing channels

Collaborate with various programs under the Graduate Studies Office to develop innovative ideas, layouts, and graphic content

Coordinate with students to support marketing, admissions, and recruitment initiatives

Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate marketing, admissions, and recruitment efforts.

Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimally Diploma in Visual Design preferred

Minimally 3 yrs of relevant experience

Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing

Experience in event execution and management

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently

Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
