We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Programme Operations team as a Temporary Programme Operations Assistant. This role supports the delivery of global education programmes by ensuring smooth coordination of operations and marketing-related tasks. You will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the development and execution of continuing and lifelong learning initiatives targeted at working adults, students, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for programme planning and event coordination
Offer technical assistance for activities related to the Learning Management System
Support the delivery of winter and summer programmes and events
Conduct basic market research and analysis (e.g. market sensing, competitor analysis)
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Diploma from a recognised polytechnic or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
Experience & Attributes:
Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive work attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
Customer-focused, resourceful, and a strong team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
