Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of overseeing multiple clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess analytical strength, financial acumen, and leadership skills to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Rapid Physiocare clinics.

• Collaborate with clinic managers to ensure consistent service delivery and patient satisfaction.

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting across clinics.

• Support strategic planning and execution of clinic expansion or enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal SOPs.

• Monitor and improve staff productivity, morale, and customer service standards.

• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and clinical teams to align operational goals.

• Manage vendor contracts, supplies procurement, and facility upkeep.

• Report to the General Manager on clinic performance, projects, and operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, including multi-site management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Excel and data tools.

• Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting in healthcare settings.

• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in clinic management software and healthcare compliance standards.
