  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging and scientific equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete service visits
  • Document all service activities and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to identify process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use of equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer in the medical or scientific equipment industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging and or scientific instrumentation
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Good customer service orientation and communication skills
