Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the presales process for security solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, highlighting the features and capabilities of our solutions.
- Engage with customers during the presales phase to address technical inquiries, concerns, and provide advice, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in security systems technology, industry developments, competitive products, and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, to ensure alignment on product features and messaging.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales.
- Have relevant experience in Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and counterparts for work or project-related matters.
- Able to travel for work
