
Regional Field Service Engineer (Laboratory Equipment) MNC
Our client is global leader in Life Science Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Field Service Engineer to be part of their Engineer Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Duties of Regional Field Service Engineer:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, including urgent regional/global travel when required.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Assist in service contract proposals, tracking, and customer support coordination.
- Maintain accurate service records in the CRM system and generate post-service reports.
- Work closely with commercial and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support rotations as part of a global technical support network.
- Support engineering projects and provide technical feedback for product improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Adhere to safety standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Life Science related
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in serving laboratory equipment
- Regional exposure is highly prefered
- Comfortable travelling overseas when required
