Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role within the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of steel fabrication, structural design, and construction quality standards
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and building codes
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
